Kristina Loggia

Kristina Loggia was born and raised in New York City. She graduated Sarah Lawrence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Since then Kristina has continued to work as a photographer. Kristina’s work has appeared in many magazines including NEW YORK MAGAZINE, TELEGRAPH MAGAZINE UK,  AlCADE, LULA, FAMILY,  TIME, SPIN, DETOUR, ESPN, FORTUNE and INC. In addition, her work has been acquired by several personal art collectors.

2004:
Phoenix Gallery 2004 National Juried Exhibition
The 13th National Juried Show at the Phoenix Gallery accepted the work of Apron Chronicles’ photographer, Kristina Loggia, for the Solo Exhibition in the Phoenix Gallery Project Room. Anne Lamp, Assistant Curator of Special Projects, Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, juried the 2004 competition.

2003:
The 2003 Dorothea Lange-Paul Taylor Prize Committee selected APRON CHRONICLES among its 18 finalists from a field of 120 submissions. Collaborators EllynAnne Geisel and Kristina Loggia received citation for “superior writing and photography samples.”
The prestigious documentary competition is awarded annually by the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University.
